This offers students the opportunity to find their alignment in poses. Also connecting with your Breath , Dristis and Bhandas., the foundations of Yoga.
This is a great opportunity for people that are new to Yoga or yogis that want a better understanding.
As well as working with multiple private clients, for individual or group (up to 4 people) classes, I also run regular "Yoga in the Park" during the summer, and am available for cooperate classes.
